Domestic shipping (USA):
All orders will be processed and shipped in 1-3 business days via USPS.
This time-frame can be extended up to 1 week during peak shopping times such as new product launches, sales, and holidays.
Once the order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information, from which you can find your estimated delivery date. Please allow 24 hours for tracking to begin to update.
All purchases will be processed and shipped within 1-3 days of ordering via USPS First Class International Mail. Customers assume all costs associated with declaration value in accordance with their countries duties and tariff costs. Once the order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information, from which you can find your estimated delivery date. Please allow 24 hours for tracking to begin to update. Please allow up to 3-4 weeks from ship date for delivery. Delays may occur due to customs or otherwise.
*Sunguard Swimwear cannot be held responsible for delays or lost packages. We will do what we can to recover the package and make it right for you, but it is your responsibility to look into it first.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may contact us at within 14 days of purchase to set up a return for a full refund or shop credit. All return packages must be delivered within 30 days of receipt.
Merchandise must be in unworn, unwashed condition with original tags attached.
All return shipping and handling costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please allow 5-7 days for our fulfillment center to process each return. You will receive a confirmation email once the return is processed and the refund is issued.
*All sale items are final sale. Sales include but are not limited to flash sales, items purchased on our sale tab, pop-up shops, and markets.
